基于数字编码的基因组序列的关联结构分析

摘    要:以基因组序列为原始数据,利用反映序列分子结构的数字编码形式,对其进行重新编码.对编码后的序列主要采用谱分析的方法进行处理,通过对不同内含子含量的序列的分析和比较,研究了基因组序列的相关性以及非编码区对序列结构的可能作用,探讨与其生物功能相关的含义.

Abstract:The raw data based on the genome sequences are digitally recoded to reflect the molecular structure of sequences. The coded sequences are mainly processed by power spectrum analysis method. The correlation of genome sequences and the potential effect of non-coding sequence on the structure of sequences are studied by the analysis and comparison of the sequences containing different intron segments; the meanings interrelated with its biologic function are also studied based on the results.
