水泥早龄水化电阻成像研究

摘    要:利用电阻率成像技术(EIT),对水灰比为0.3、0.32、0.35水泥净浆,及掺氯化钙或硫酸锌的0.32水灰比浆体的前6 h水化过程进行监测,测得的EIT阻抗差分图像能较好反映水泥的水化进程。由EIT测得的阻抗-时间微分曲线可知,水泥净浆及掺硫酸锌的水泥浆体的早期水化可分为下降、稳定和上升三个阶段;掺氯化钙的水泥浆体则只有稳定和上升两个阶段。

Abstract:The cement hydration during the first six hours after mixing is monitored by Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) technology in the present work. The EIT images and voltage-time curves of cement pastes with water cement ratio of 0.3, 0.32 and 0.35, as well as paste with calcium chloride or zinc sulfate, are obtained. The early hydration procedure of cement pastes with different water cement ratio and pastes with zinc sulfate could be divided into three stages according to the EIT images and voltage curves. The early hydration procedure of cement pastes with calcium chloride could be divided into two stages.
