摘    要:首次对以丁腈橡胶和聚四氟乙烯为材料的变压器密封圈的溶胀机理进行了研究并获得重要成果。溶胀渗漏油是指密封因吸油增重,油再透过密封圈渗漏到变压器体外的过程。作者在分析机理的基础上,将溶胀漏油划分为吸附过程,扩散过程,漏油过程,建立了数学模型,进而求得数学模型的近似解析解。定义了度量溶胀漏油的指标:吸附层厚度;吸附时间;扩散过渡时间;漏油量。为计算溶胀提供理论基础。

Abstract:Mechanism of swelling oil-leakage of transformer's seal rings made by butadieneacrylonitrile rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene is presented in this paper. Swelling oilleakage is defined that oil is absorbed into seal rings by which weight of ring is increasing thenoil-leakage occurs through sealed ring outside the transformer tank. Based on analyzingmechanism, swelling is classified as three related processes:absorbing; spreading; leaking.Mathematical model is developed. An approximate analytical solution is obtained. Indexesfor measuring swelling are defined: thickness of absorbing layer; absorbing time duration;spreading time duration; oil-leakage volume. Results obtained provide theoretical base forcalculating swelling. It is of great significance both for science and engineering practice.
