BiFeO3及其掺杂体系薄膜的结构及性能研究

摘    要:以溶胶凝胶法制备掺杂钕(Nd)、锰(Mn)的铁酸铋(BiFeO3)体系薄膜,进行了表面结构、铁电性能等的测试与分析。通过掺杂有效降低了BiFeO3薄膜的漏电电流密度达四个数量级,并提高了铁电性能。

Abstract:In the present paper, the main object is the study of producing iron acid bismuth thin film which uses the method of sol-gel with doping neodymium and manganese. Additionally, surface struc- ture and ferroelectric performance are also measured and analysed. The doping type on the film the in- fluence of phase structure and to reduce the BiFeO3 leakage current density of the film is up by four or- ders of magnitude, at the same time it improves the performance of iron.
