| 摘 要： | 利用正交试验设计方法，对电火花线切割加工工艺因素与工艺指标的关系进行了试验研究，得出了对生产实际有指导意义的几点结论；并借助逐步回归分析方法，建立了反映两者定量关系的经验公式．

| Abstract: | The relationship between the operation parameters and the technological index of WEDM is studied in this paper by means of the orthogonal experiment. Some conclusions that may direct the workshop production have been drawn. And with progressively recursive analysis; the experimential formulaes have been founded. |
