| 摘 要： | 教师是高校人力资源中的较高层次的精华部分,因此,教师人才资源能否可持续、健康地发展是高校教育事业发展的核心部分。本文介绍了可持续发展观的哲学内涵,针对目前高校教师人力资源管理的特点、存在的问题,提出现代教师人力资源可持续发展管理模式的核心是树立“以人为本”的管理理念,同时在可持续发展观的视角下,积极探索和思考高校教师人力资源可持续发展的管理机制及对策。
