| 摘 要： | 中小企业技术引进扩散效果的好坏，是技术引进效果好坏的重要标志之一，如何客观评价技术引进扩散效果是正确判定我国中小企业技术引进状况需要解决的问题，本文围绕这一中心，建立了评价准则及相应的指标体系，并尝试用ＡＨＰ法来解决这一问题.
