| 摘 要： | 台湾投资大陆20多年的持续发展是台湾现代产业经济发展的必然要求，是区域经济一体化的必然趋势。加入WTO后，台湾在大陆投资的地域、形式、领域、金额等都呈现了一系列新特点，把握这些新特点，必将促进两岸经济的进一步融合，促进大中华经济圈的早日形成。

| Abstract: | Using the conclusion of statistical physics, according to the basic relation of thermodynamics, the basic laws of fluctuation have been studied.The fluctuation of macroscopic physical quantity and the correlation function have been deduced. And the method of calculation of the macroscopic physical quantity and the correlation function have been gotten too. |
