高速铁路接触网整体吊弦预配误差分析

为保证安装后的接触线高度符合设计要求,需在接触网施工过程的各个环节严格控制整体吊弦的预配精度,为此,从整体吊弦预配计算中接触悬挂的建模方法、接触网术语的界定、测量和预制过程四方面分析了造成吊弦预配误差的成因,并提出了解决措施。

The Pre-distribution Error of Contact Wire Integral Droppers in the Construction of High-speed Railway

In order to ensure the standard height of contact wire, the integral droppers＇s pre-assigned accuracy must be strictly controlled during the whole procedures of construction process of OCS（ Overall Contact system）. This article discussed four causes of dropper pre-distribution error and provided corresponding solutions in these aspects including modeling method of OCS in overall dropper pre-distribution calculation, accurate definition of OCS terminology, calculation process control and prefabrication process control.
