| 摘 要： | 某公司自动化生产线中的伺服切纸机,使用西门子RK512串口通信。为了获得更灵活的控制,现以PC机作为上位人机界面,与伺服驱动器进行信息通信。通过对RK512通信协议分析,在PC机上用VC++编程工具编写出上位软件,再与切纸机的伺服驱动器进行实际现场通信,得到较为满意的结果。

| Abstract: | A servo paper-cutting machine in the auto-line used Siemens RK512 serial communication.For more flexible control,there is an application of taking one PC as upper HMI to communicate with the servo driver.Through the analysis of RK512 communication protocol,we designed a VC＋＋ software on PC.After making practical communications between the software and the servo driver,it reached a satisfactory result. |
