| 摘 要： | 从装置创建设备现场管理标杆的过程和取得的实效,阐述设备及现场进行标准化管理的重要性和深远意义。设备管理下滑,现场"低、老、坏、脏、乱、差"不但反映出管理人员管理水平和工作作风下滑,而且对节能降耗不利,甚至对安全环保不利。
