| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前国内外产学研合作教育的几种人才培养模式，提出在产学研相结合的化学学科人才培养过程中，高校与科研院所、企业之间应通过协调运作，从培养方案、师资队伍、教研平台等方面入手，培养符合企业要求的专门人才。
