摘    要:介绍了华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院实验教学中心在实验教学改革中所采用的一种新型的"小老师"教学模式。通过对学生团队精神的培养、自觉主动性的增强、意志和品质的磨砺等方面论述了该教学模式对学生潜能的激发作用。实践证明这是一种成功的实验教学创新。

Abstract:An innovative teaching method,"Little teacher",proposed by the Experiment Centre from School of Life Science and Technology is introduced in this paper. The potential development enlightening to the students in this method is also discussed,including the cultivation of team spirit,the strengthening of initiative and the challenge of willpower. It has proved in practice that this innovation has been getting a great success.
