1-乙炔基环辛醇合成及其在有机锡化合物合成中应用

摘    要:在温和的反应条件下,使用叔丁醇钾做催化剂,使环辛酮在四氢呋喃中发生炔化反应(引入=健),获得了较好产率的1-乙炔基环辛醇,从1-乙炔基环辛醇出发,与ICl、Br2、I2反应合成了3种有机锡二卤化物,进而与含氯的双齿配体8-羟基喹啉(Oxin)配合,得到了互为同分异构体的3种配合物,并通过元素分析、锡含量测定,IR、^1HNMR测定对其结构进行了表征。

Abstract:At atmospheric pressure using uncomplexed potassium tert|butoxide as a catalyst, cyclooctanone is ethynylated in THF to give 1|ethynyl|cyclooctanol in good yield. Three compounds of organotin dichloride were prepared by the reactions of (Z)|1|[2|(triphenylstannyl)vinyl]cyclooctanol with ICl, Br 2,I 2. Three complexes were obtained by the reaction of the organotin dichlorides with 8|hydroxyquinoline. The compounds synthesized were characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR.
