影响碳钢铜钎焊接头强度因素的试验研究

摘    要:本文通过对碳钢铜钎焊时基体金属的溶解与析出的试验研究,找出了影响析出相数量的各种因素,试验结果表明,接头基体金属含碳量差值越大,焊缝间隙越小,钎焊保温时间越长,接头中析出相数量越多,接头剪切强度越高。

Abstract:Through the experimental study on the dissolution and precipitation in the hrazed joint ofcarbon steels,varinus factors influencing the quantity of the precipltate in the loint were found out.Theresults show that more precipitates and higher shear strength will be caused by larger difference of carhoncontents between the brazed carhon steels,smaller weld gap,and longer soaking time during brazing.
