施钼对冬小麦铵态氮含量及膜透性的影响

摘    要:通过分期播种的方法并结合联样温度研究了施钼以对施钼对冬小麦铵态氮含量及膜透性的影响,研究结果表明:低温胁迫下缺陷钼可导致植侏体内铵态氨累积,缺钼植株铵态氮累积率与取样温度呈显著正相关(r=0.845^*);缺陷植株在低温胁迫下细胞膜透性剧烈上升,施钼植株在低温胁迫下膜透性保持相对稳定,使细胞免受低温伤害,这可能是施钼能提高冬小麦抗寒力的原因之一。

Abstract:Effects of Mo fertilizer on the ammonia N and the membrane permeability of winter wheat were studied under pot culture experiments.The results showed that content of the ammonia N was accumulated in molybdenum deficiency treatment and the accumulation rate was significantly correlated with the temperature.The membrane permeability ascends sharply under low temperature in molybdenum deficiency treatment while the membrane permeability tends to stability in molybdenum treatment.This may be one of reasons that the cold resistance of winter wheat was enhanced by molybdenum application.
