| Abstract: | This article carries out a systematic statement on the requirements for self-innovation made by the Party and the country,then makes an analysis on the comprehensive advantages of scientific research and development of Henan Academy of Sciences,finally puts forward four suggestion on building up innovative Henan: further strengthen the leadership of self-innovation;integrate the forces to construct a specialized skeleton team of innovation;create a comfortable environment for the scientific talents;implement a group of key scientific projects. |
