甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐对小白鼠繁殖力影响的初步试验

摘    要:甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐34.62%原油,LD_(30)=313.74(雌)和273.10(雄)mg/kg]是毒性较低,对螟虫杀灭效高,但它对繁殖功能的影响少见报道。选用 NIH 小白鼠随机配组,开展高剂量(52.383与45.16ppm)、低剂量(10.45与9.1ppm)及对照组的繁殖试验,为期106天。第一次交配后,母鼠死亡率、受孕率、仔鼠出生存活率、哺育成活率,三组互相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。第二次交配后,母鼠死亡率、受孕率及仔鼠哺育存活率,三组互相比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但仔鼠出生存活率差异非常显著(P<0.01)。全实验中母鼠体重增减率,三组相互比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。上述试验资料表明,甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐对 NIH 小白鼠的繁殖功能无明显影响。对于第二次交配所产仔鼠的出生存活率,三组互相比较有非常显著性差异,原因何在,有待深入研究。

Abstract:Chlordimeform hydrochloride(CDH)is an insecticide used in rice planting area.It has relatively low toxity and high rate in killing the scirpophaga incerlulas larvae,but there were a few reports about its effect on their reproductive function.A preliminary toxicological study has been carried out on 100 NIH female and 50 male mice 8-12 gram in body weight,fed in fodder at libitum with high dose(52.28-45.51 ppm)and low dose(10.45-9.10ppm) of CDH and one control group.After the first copulation,the death rate and pregnancy rate of female,birth survival rate,and the breast-fed survival rate of new born mice showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After the second copulation,the death rate and pregnancy rate of female,and the breast fed survival rate of new born mice showed no significant difference (P>0.05).But the birth survival rate of the new born mice the experimental groups was much lower(P<0.01).During the whole test period, the difference of body weight increase of female mice among three groups were not remarkable(P>0.05).It can be seen that the effect of CDH on the reproductive function of NIH mice is not remarkable.But there is quite a difference in the birth survival rate of new born mice after the second copulation.The possible mechanism of this phenomenon has to be studied in future research.
