铁芯电感电路的本安型设计

摘    要:电气线路中多采用带铁芯的电感线圈如变压器、继电器等。因此,在本安电路中设计这些元件比设计空芯电感更有实际意义。铁芯电感是非线性元件,这就给本安电路的设计带来困难。通常是针对某一种铁芯材料在一定截面和磁路长度条件下,必须查三次曲线(磁化曲线、K值曲线和临界点燃曲线)。这种方法计算比较繁琐,只能近似估计静态电感值,误差较大。本文提出利用准确的试验结果,列出等效空芯电感的通用回归方程。并且编制了判定是否为本安型电路的计算机程序。这种方法可提高电路设计的可靠性,并加快通过检验。

Abstract:Most of iron-core inductance coils are used in electrical circuit, such as transformer, relay,etc.To design these elements in intrinsically-saf circuit is more practical than to design air-core inductance coils. It is difficult to design intrinsically-safe circuit because of containing nonli- near elements-iron-core inductance Usually for a certain iron-core ma- terial, as its section area and magnetic path length are all giren,the curves (magnetic curves, value K curves and critical igniting curves) must be consulted three times. This method being complicated can only ap- proximately estimates the value of static inductance,and the error is rather big. Using the accurate experimental results, regression equations of general equivalent air-core inductance have been presented.The computer program for determining intrinsically-safe circuit has also been made. This method may increase the relliabilitg of circuit design and quicken the examine.
