冲击凿岩的岩石磨蚀性

摘    要:冲击凿岩钻头的磨损是多种磨损机理共同起作用,主要是磨料磨损。影响岩石磨蚀性的主要因素是岩石的整体坚固程度和硬矿物含量。岩石磨蚀性系数是凿碎比功和硬矿物含量的函数,此结果已由模拟实验和实际凿岩试验所验证。

Abstract:It was indicated that drill bit is worn off owing to variouswearing mechanisms, but that due to abrasive is the predominant. Main influ-encing factors on rock abrasiveness are the sturdiness of rock mass and contentof hard minerals,and the coefficient of rock abrasiveness is a function of thespecific energy consumption in drilling and the content of hard minerals. Thisconclusion has been veriried through simulating tests and rock drilling practi-ces.
