| 摘 要： | 21世纪中国档案事业的发展在很大程度上取决于档案教育，取决于档案专业人才的素养。但目前档案人员培养中还存在着一些问题。对此，应采取明确市场需求、培养“双师型”教师、进行课程改革、精选教材、改进教学与考核方法、重视实习实训环节和引导学生考取“双证”等一系列对策，以期改善档案人才培养水平。
