掺杂多晶n-TiO2光阳极光谱响应的扩展

摘    要:用热氧化法将钛片在空气中于650~700℃加热3小时后可制得掺杂多晶n-TiO2金红石型薄膜光阳极.钛片先用掺杂元素的硝酸盐正丁醇溶液浸涂,然后在氢气流中活化.掺杂元素分别为Al、Y、Cr、Fe、Zn、Cd、La、Ce、Nd、La-Cr及Y-Cr.同时掺入La-Cr或Y-Cr可以达到既能提高其量子效率又可扩展其光谱响应至可见光区的目的.其中以TiO2/Y-Cr的效果最佳.本文用d-能带解释了扩展光谱响应的机理.

Abstract:A doped thin film polycrystalline n-TiO2. rutile photoanode is obtained by thermal oxidation of Ti sheet in air at 650-700℃ for 3 hrs. The Ti shoot is previously coated with butanol solution of nitrates of corresponding doping elements. The photoanode is then activated in a stream of hydrogen gas. Elements such as Al, Y, Cr, Fe, Zn, Cd, La, Nd, Ce, La-Cr and Y-Cr are doped respectively. Doping with Y-Cr or La-Cr simultaneously makes the possibility of not only enhancing the quantum efficiency of the photoanode, but also extending its spectral response to visible light, in which TiO2/Y-Cr(4:1)is the best. An explanation of extending its spectral response is suggested which attributes to the formation of d band.
