最少元件二阶OTA滤波电路的设计

摘    要:跨导运算放大器(OTA)在某些领域中愈来愈多地取代了运算放大器(OA)的使用。至今已提出多种二阶OTA滤波电路,但现有的二阶滤波电路至少采用了两个OTA器件。本文从图论角度出发,提出了单OTA实现的最少元件的二阶OTA滤波电路,并用电路仿真软件SPICE对该电路进行了仿真,其结果与预期结果完全一致。图22,表4,参2。

Abstract:Operational Transconductance Amplifiers(OTAS) are increasingly being used in place of operational Amplifiers(OAS). up to now, many second-order OTA filters have been presented, but no a circuit only using one OTA. In this paper, One circuit of using only an OTA and least capacitors and resisters is presented. The circuit is simulated by SPICE and the result are given.The results have a good agreement with the theoretical analyisis.22figs.,4tabe.,2refs.
