| 摘 要： | 采用化学分析、断口扫描、硬度测定和金相检验方法,对铁路用弹簧钢60Si2CrVA在试用过程中出现的频繁失效断裂进行了分析.提出了几种可能导致弹簧在使用过程中发生过早失效的缺陷,例如:夹杂、脱碳、表面缺陷、异常组织等,并对这些缺陷的形成原因和对弹簧失效的影响作了分析.

| Abstract: | A study was made to investigate frequent failure of spring steel 60Si2CrVA by chemical analysis,SEM,hardness testing and metallographic examination.Through the analysis for feed material bought and drawn of several kinds of possible flaws such as impunity,decarbonization,surface defect,abnormal structure that result in the premature invalidation of spring in serve were put forward in this paper.The forming reason and effect for invalidation of these defects were also analyzed. |
