| Abstract: | The draft Tort Liability Act, has been twice considered,the Second Peer Review involved in five defenses,caused a discussion of the academic community.However,the author believe,and does not cover all of the defenses,need to be supplemented by the corresponding provisions.Now the author far as the draft law tort liability issues involved in defenses to make the following study. |
