| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了电力系统短期负荷预测软件包的实现。该软件包不仅包含了常规的实用预测方法 ,还通过引入模拟退火、模糊理论与遗传算法对神经网络进行了改进 ,效果较好 ,达到实用化水平。文中对各种预测方法和数据预处理技术进行了说明 ,并介绍了软件包的总体设计方案和功能。最后 ,结合实际系统预测结果对各种预测方法进行了分析比较

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a short term load forecasting package,named STLF_HUT.The methods and algorithms used in the package and the implementation of the software are described as well as the functions of the package. The data preprocessing technique is also discussed to improve the accuracy of short term load forecasting. Improvements to the ANN method by means of SA ,GA and Fuzzy Set Theory are introduced. At last, the numerical results of a practical power system are presented to show the efficiency and capability of the package. |
