剖宫产不同皮肤切口伤口愈合的分析

目的：探讨剖宫产不同皮肤切口与伤口愈合有无关系。方法：1995年1月至2002年6月，延安市宝塔区医院做剖宫产术140例，其中70例皮肤为横切口，70例为纵切口，术前准备、术后护理及预防用抗菌素均一致。结果：横切口甲级愈合68例，乙级愈合3例，丙级愈合2例。结论：横切口甲级愈合率97.2%，纵切口甲级愈合率92．9％，横切口甲级愈合率较纵切口愈合率高。

Analysis on different skin incision and wound healing when giving birth by cutting womb open

Aimwe inguire into the relations of different skin incision and wound hecding when giving birth by cutting womb open.Mothod:during Junary,1995 and June 2002. 140 examples of giving birth by cutting womb open,amony them,the skins of 70 examples are cross cut,and the other 70 examples are longitu dinal cut.per-cperation,post-operation are in accordance with preventive antibiotic.Result:68 exlmples are No.1 cross cut healing,3 examples are No.2 cross cut healing,2 examples are No.3 healing.Conclusim:the rate of No.1 cross cut healing is 97.2%,and the rate of No.1 longitudinal healing is 92.9%,So the rate of No.1 cross cut heading is higher than that of longitudinal cut healing.
