摘    要:碳核查为航空碳排放监测体系的重要环节,为核查上报碳排放数据合理性,针对核查方法的适用性和准确性,提出一种基于飞行小时的航线碳核查方法.首先通过分析航段内各个飞行阶段的飞行小时与油耗特征,建立飞机油耗量区间估计模型.而后根据航线飞行小时特征,运用行程可靠性与美国联邦航空管理局(Federal Aviation Administration,FAA)畅通滑行时间定义确定地面滑行时间阈值,结合航线飞行小时的季节性特征,提出基于航线的碳排放核查方法,实现航线年度上报数据的核查.最后分别对北京—上海航线1月、7月的航班进行了算例分析,为核查航班碳排放合理性提供了参考.

Abstract:Carbon verification is an important part of aviation carbon emission monitoring system. In order to verify the rationality of reported carbon emission data, a route carbon verification method based on flight hours is proposed in view of the applicability and accuracy of the verification method. Firstly, by analyzing the characteristics of flight hours and fuel consumption in each flight stage, the interval estimation model of aircraft fuel consumption is established. Then, according to the characteristics of flight hours, using the definition of travel reliability and FAA smooth taxiing time to determine the threshold of ground taxiing time, combined with the seasonal characteristics of flight hours, a route-based carbon emission verification method is proposed to verify the annual reported data of the route. Finally, the examples of flights between Beijing and Shanghai in January and July are analyzed, which provides a reference for verifying the rationality of flight carbon emissions.
