| 摘 要： | 采用痛点封闭、骨盆牵引、反背推拿法,辅助用药,治疗87例患者.经跟踪随访,结果显示:58例治愈占66%,25例好转占28%,4例无效占4.3%.临床实验证实综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有非手术治疗痛苦小、方法简单、临床效果满意的特点.

| Abstract: | Comprehensive and conservative therapy of discopathy (traumatic) in 87 cases is reported.. Block therapy of pain spot,pelvis traction,back massage and supplementary medicines were used. Out of the 87 cases,58 recovered (66%); 25 improved (28%); 4 failed to respond to therapy (4.3%). It is concluded that such therapy involving no surgery and less pain is simple and effective. |
