| 摘 要： | 通过对北京市休闲农业园的实证分析,研究了北京市休闲农业的发展条件,指出周末休闲的都市居民是其主要客源。并指出北京市休闲农业园的经营理念是“农游合一”与“销售绿色”,总结比较了北京市郊区休闲农业园的两种经营模式。

| Abstract: | Based on a case study of the development prerequisites for agricultural-tourism gardens in Beijing,the paper first points out the target market of agritourism gardens as urban citizens seeking weekend leisure.And then it suggests that "Agriculture-tourism Integration" and "Market-ing Green Ideas" are the keys to success of agritourism gardens.It concludes with a comparison of two management models of agritourism gardens on the outskirts of Beijing. |
