基于灰色系统理论的内燃机故障诊断

摘    要:在传统诊断技术的基础上,结合灰色系统理论,提出了内燃机灰色故障诊断系统,并运用灰色关联度对样本进行聚类分析,实现对设备运行状况的监测与诊断。实例表明该方法简单实用,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Thispaper presents an internal-combustion engine fault diagnosis system by combining thetheory of grey system with the traditional vibration diagnosis technology.It makes adiagnosis and inspection of the equipment operation condition,and analyzes and clusterssamples by using the grey degree association.The example shows that this method is simpleand practical,and is of value to project application.
