层次分析法在高职院校教师教学质量评价中的应用

摘    要:客观评价教师的教学质量一直是高等职业教育的重点,但长期以来高职院校的教师教学质量评价带有较强的主观性。通过层次分析法的原理,以实践性较强的经济管理类专业课为主要研究对象,计算出各个评价指标的权重,避免以往评价中的主观性,提高其评价的客观性与准确性。

Abstract:It is the key to evaluate the teaching quality in higher vocational education objectively. For a long time,the evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges has highly subjectivity. Based on the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process,taking the stronger practical economic and management course as the main research object,we figure out the weight of each appraisal index. This method can avoid the subjectivity of previous evaluation and improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation.
