基于AHP和TOPSIS法的甲板和舰载机悬翼流场质量排序

摘    要:为能够较便捷地对舰船甲板气流场进行系统评价,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定评估指标权重值,运用基于优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对舰船甲板流场进行排序,进而分析关键点位置和指标权重值变化对停机坪流场质量评价结果的影响.研究结果表明:该方法可以直接给出不同风速和风向条件下甲板流场质量排序;对于舰船甲板区域,TOPSIS法的评估结果与研究关键点位置的选取有关;对于停机坪区域,改变停机坪中关键点位置和评估指标权重值,不会对TOPSIS法的评估结果产生明显影响,但是运用优化后的各个指标权重计算出的流场优劣特点更加突出.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the airflow field of ship deck more conveniently and systematically,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight values of evaluation index,and the flow field of ship deck was ranked by using the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method.Then,the influence of key-points position and index weight values on the evaluation results of apron flow field quality was analyzed.Results show that this method can directly rank the quality of deck flow field under different wind speed and direction.For the ship deck area,the TOPSIS evaluation results are related to the key-points location.For the apron area,changing the key-points location and the weight values of evaluation index will not have a significant impact on the evaluation results,but the flow field characteristic calculated by the optimized weight values are more obvious.
