| 摘 要： | 为解决邵阳市目前存在的供水管网老化严重，漏失率过高，局部地区供水压力低，供水安全性差等问题，邵阳自来水公司当务之急必须对供水管网进行改造，借鉴国内外管网改造的成功经验，使改造后的管网不仅满足目前对水质、水量、水压等安全供水的需要，同时保证远期城市发展的需要．
