高速转轴微细间隙气体泄漏的实验研究

摘    要:高速微转轴的周隙中不但存在气体泄漏,而且受轴向压差与周向剪切作用,其流动形式非常复杂。为了考察由这部分泄漏带来的损失和气体在微间隙内流动规律,设计并搭建了一套实验测试装置,作出了冷热气体泄漏量与转速、轴向压差的关系曲线。分析研究了温度、入口惯性效应等因素对漏气量的影响。结果表明:当转速和缝隙高度一定时,漏气量随轴向压差增加而增加,而且与轴向压差成正比例关系;当轴向压差和缝隙高度一定时,漏气量随转速(涡轮牙钻气源压力)增加而减少,开始段减少明显,但当转速增加到某个值后,漏气量几乎不变。

Abstract:Gas leakage exists in the axial play of high-speed micro motor and its flowing form is very perplexing due to the effect of axial pressure difference and tangential cutting. In order to study the gas gap leakage and fluid flow in the axial play of high-speed micro-motor, a suit of experimental testing equipment was designed. The influencing factors, such as temperature and entry domino effect, were analyzed. Relations between gas leakage and rotate speed, axial pressure difference were drawn. The results show that the gas leakage increases with the increase of axial pressure difference, but reduces with the increase of rotation speed. The gas leakage reduces with the increase of rotation speed, and it almost holds invariable when the speed of revolation rises to a critical value.
