| 摘 要： | 应对市场快速反应的要求，虚拟企业应运而生，并将成为现代企业组织和合作的重要模式，虚拟企业合作伙伴的选择直接影响这种合作的绩效和成败。本文首先概括了虚拟企业的特点，针对其特点研究了虚拟企业合作伙伴的选择评测问题；分析了影响合作伙伴选择的因素，提出了选择的程序；最后，给出了以层次分析法作为选择合作伙伴优化决策的一种方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the demand of quick response to the market, virtual corporation has emerged, and it will be one important organization and cooperation mode of modern corporation. Choosing the cooperative partner affects the performance of the collaboration directly. This paper generalized the characteristics of the virtual enterprise; studied the influencing factors of partner choice of virtual enterprise, and brought out the procedure of it. At last the author gives AHP as an optiminal decision method of partner choice. |
