Research on the Impact of Entrepreneurship and Policy Transformation in the Era of Digital Intellectualization

On the basis of summarizing the impact of digital intellectualization entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial policy needs,according to the classic analysis framework of industrial policy analysis,the object and process of entrepreneurial policy adjustment under the influence of digital intellectualization are discussed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of entrepreneurial influence in the era of digital intellectualization from the three levels of individuals,teams,and between teams,and put forward the new demands of digital intellectualization on entrepreneurial policies;in terms of the main body of entrepreneurial policies,the process of policy adaptation,and the formulation of policy goal,three new features are proposed to provide direction for the transformation of government entrepreneurship policies.The characteristics of digital intellectualization transformation and the key points of policy transformation in terms of multi-level resource integration,boundary and process integration,and creation of a new starting point for demand can provide a certain theoretical reference for entrepreneurial policy transformation.
