托伐普坦治疗不同病因致心衰的疗效比较

目的 探究托伐普坦用于治疗不同病因所致心衰的疗效对比。方法 将我院90例不同原因所致心力衰竭患者入组，其中A组：缺血性心肌病所致心衰；B组：高血压性心脏病所致心衰；C组：扩张型心肌病所致心衰，每组患者各30例，所有患者采用伐普坦进行治疗，分析并对比三组患者临床疗效及心脏结构指标值的变化。结果 三组患者临床治疗效果及LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF治疗后均较治疗前疗效显著，组内比较差异显著，但组间比较无差异。结论 针对不同原因所致心力衰竭患者采取托伐普坦药物进行治疗，其治疗效果显著，能显著改善患者心功能，且对不同病因所致心衰疗效差异不显著。

COMPARISON OF EFFICACY OF TORAPUTAM IN TREATING HEART FAILURE CAUSED BY DIFFERENT CAUSES

Objective: To compare the efficacy of toraputam in the treatment of heart failure caused by different causes. Methods: 90 patients with heart failure caused by different causes in our hospital were selected, including group A-heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy, group B-heart failure due to hypertensive heart disease; group C-heart failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy, 30 patients in each group. All the patients were treated with waputam, and the clinical efficacy and the cardiac structure indexes of the three groups were analyzed and compared. Results: Clinical efficacy, and the indexes of LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF of the three groups after treatment were all significantly better than those before treatment, and there were significant differences within groups, but no among groups. Conclusion: Toraputam has significant therapeutic effect on heart failure patients with different causes and can significantly improve their heart function, and there are no significant differences.
