| 摘 要： | 在实验室模拟条件下，研究了温度、光照、盐度、pH值和营养盐对金藻0898生长繁殖的影响，结果表明：金藻0898的适宜温度为10～35℃，最适温度为20～25℃；适宜照度为500～10000lx，最适照度为3500～10000lx；适宜盐度为5～70，最适盐度为30；适宜pH值为3～9，最适pH值为7～8．培养液的较佳配方是在天然海水中加入NaNO3-N10g·m^-3，NaH2PO4-Plg·m^-3，FeC6H5O7-Fe0．1g·m^-3，维生素B1 1g·m^-3和维生素B12 0．05g·m^-3．

| Abstract: | The effect of temperature, illumination intensity, salinity, pH, and nutrients on growth and reproduction of Isochrysis 0898 sp was studied under the experimental conditions. It was found that the adaptive water temperature ranged between 10 -35 ℃ with the optimal temperature of 20 -25 ℃. The adaptive illumination intensity was 500 - 10000 lx with optimal value of 3500 - 10000 lx. The range of adaptive salinity was 5 - 70, and the optimal salinity was 30. The range of adaptive pH was 3 - 9 with the optimal pH 7 - 8. A better culture solution is made of the following substances in the natural sea water： NaNO3-N 10 g · m^-3, NaH2PO4-P 1 g · m^-3, FeC6H5O7-Fe 0.1 g · m^-3, Vitamin B1 1g · m^-3, and Vitamin B12 0. 0 5 g · m^-3. |
