| 摘 要： | 从对“一稿多投”与“一稿多发”的界定入手,从经济角度探析了“一稿多投”的缘由,从微观和宏观上分析了“一稿多发”可能造成的学术危害,并从编辑、著者、期刊社联盟3个角度提出了避免“一稿多发”的可行性措施。

| Abstract: | Starting from the definition of the "multi-submitting of one contribution" and "multi-publishing of one contribution",this paper analyses on the reasons of the "multi-submitting of one contribution" from the economic angle,and analyses on the academic harms probably caused by the"multi-submitting of one contribution" macroscopically and microscopically,and puts forward some feasible measures for avoiding the "multi-publishing of one contribution" from the angles of the editor,author and journal house coalition. |
