| 摘 要： | 水利专业女大学生就业过程中,许多复杂因素制约或影响着他们正常的择业和就业。本文试图通过比较华北水利水电学院水利学院水利专业女大学生近三年的就业情况,分析女大学生就业过程中的问题,以期寻求一些助于解决女大学生就业的问题的措施。
