光纤差压压力计设计

摘    要:传统的差压压力传感器是以非电量(差压)到电量(电容等)的转换为基础的,因此,在测量的灵敏度、精度、动态范围以及应用的场合方面都受到一定限制.介绍一种非光量转换为光量的新型检测方法.它以弹性膜片作预变换,将差压转换成位移,再通过光纤干涉测量检测相位移,得出差压的大小.在此系统中,采用数字化信息处理技术,改进的计算方法使检测的主要指标得到较大提高,并能应用到对电磁干扰要求较高的场合。

Abstract:Traditionally,the quantity principle of differential pressure transducer is based on the translation of non electrical volume to electrical volume.Therefore, its sensitivity,precision, measurement range and application are limited to a degree.Here,a new method was introduced.It is that the differential pressure is translated into a move ment by elastic film, then detects the optical phase difference with optical fiber interferometric technology,thus the differential pressure is obtained.In this system,the microcomputer, data processing and reformed calculating method are used. So that, its main technical targets are improved. And it can be used in some strong electromagnetic field.
