六角形Bi_2Te_3纳米片的溶剂热合成及其形貌表征

摘    要:采用溶剂热方法,通过在乙二醇溶剂中添加适量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK-30),在碱性环境和200℃的条件下反应260 min后成功制备单相的Bi2Te3六角形纳米片.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光谱(PL)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(U-VAS)对样品的结构、形貌和光学性质进行表征.

Abstract:Single phase Bi2Te3 nanoflakes with hexagonal morphology were synthesized with solvothermal method by using glycol as solvent with appropriate content of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPK-30) added in.Reaction was performed in alkalinous environment at 200℃ for 260 minutes.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),photoluminescence spectrum(PL),and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(U-VAS) were used to characterize the crystal structure,morphology and optical properties of these nanoflakes.
