| 摘 要： | 采用Erik Dietzenbacher的方法,计算我国1997,1999,2000,2002年三次产业间R&D溢出效应,得出三次产业之间的R&D溢出主要由第三产业向所有产业传递的结论.增强第三产业的产业间R&D贡献者效应是政府制定政策的主要方向,可以通过增加其单位产值的R&D投入来达到增加产业间R&D溢出的目的,有助于更好地了解产业间R&D溢出的状况和特点,对制定相关税收政策以及各产业发展的政策具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The R&D spillover effect of three industries in 1997,1999,2000,2002 in China was analyzed with Erik Dietzenbacher method.The results showed that the R&D spillover of three industries mainly is passed from the tertiary industry to three industries.Strengthening the contributor effect of the tertiary industry among three industries is the main direction of the government policy.The policy to increase R&D input per unit of output value was suggested so as to strengthen the R&D spillover among three industries.... |
