| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）冠状动脉成像在冠脉狭窄中的诊断价值.方法：对100例患者进行冠状动脉CT成像并对其图像进行分析.结果：有586支冠状动脉被评价,其中有钙化的血管283/586（48.29%）支;检测有意义的狭窄（≥50%的狭窄）214/586;直观显示异常起源的冠状动脉与主动脉的连接情况及其与心脏各房室的关系;可清楚地显示冠状动脉内支架的位置和形态学表现.结论：多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断具有较高的敏感度和特异度,有助于冠心病的早期诊断.

| Abstract: | Obective：To investigate the value of multi-slice CT（MSCT） coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary atery stenosis.Methods：Imaged coromary atery CT for 100 patients and analysed the images.Results：586 coronary artery were evaluated,Among them,vascular calcification were 283,significant stenosis were 214.Multi-slice CT coronary angiography not only can directly display the connections of anomalous origin coronary arteries with aorta and its relationship between atrioventriculars,but also can clearly demonstrate the location and morphology of coronary stent.Conclusion：Multi-slice CT coronary angiography is useful to early diagnosis of coronary heart disease because it has high sensitivity and specificity to diagnose coronary artery stenosis. |
