《楚辞通释》的诠释特色与其在清代的影响

清代自康熙末年起,逐渐形成了专注于文字、音韵、训诂,稽古而不问今,以考据为时尚的学术风气。王船山的《楚辞通释》虽然继承了传统训诂学的原则和方法,但文字训诂只是揭示义理的手段,往往十分简略,著作的重心在于文意阐发和文本精神的揭示,表现出了＂义理为体、考据为用,释评结合、发愤抒情＂的诠释特色。这一特色与弥漫于清代学界的考据之风抵牾不合,故其虽造诣颇高,但在清代难以获得与其学术成就相当的学术地位,影响极为有限。

The Interpretational Features and Academic Influence of ＂Chu Ci Tong Shi＂in Qing Dynasty

Since the late kang-xi in Qing Dynasty,the academic atmosphere,which focuses on the words,phonology,exegetics,deep looks into the ancient but not the nowadays research,gradually formed.On this culture,although Wang Chuan-shan＇s ＂Chu Ci Tong Shi＂ had inherited the traditional exegetics principle and method,the exegesis was revealed to be just means and always very simple.The gravity of the works just expounded the meaning and spirit of the text,and showed the interpretational features,charging Yili as ontology,textual research just as medium,combing interpretation and appreciation,delivering grievance and lyric.This feature was different from the textual research fashion that diffused in the academic world in Qing Dynasty.So it was difficult for Wang to get the academic status that substantiated his academic achievements,and his influence was extremely limited.
