温州产业空心化成因分析

在全球金融危机后世界经济增长放缓、我国制造业成本上升的大背景下,以温州为代表的＂长三角＂区域出现大量民营企业倒闭,原先依靠微利生存的制造业纷纷把资金投向房地产以及其他金融产品,貌似产业升级的背后却是＂产业空心化＂的加剧。文章在对产业空心化和产业转移相关理论进行梳理的基础上,得出温州＂产业空心化＂的真实成因是要素成本提高,实业资本收益下降的结论。

Analysis of the Wenzhou Hollowing-out of Industry

After the global financial crisis,the slowdown in world economic growth,China＇s manufacturing costs continue to rise.A large number of private enterprises began to collapse in Wenzhou as the representative of the Yangtze River Delta.Manufacturing industry have put money into real estate and other financial products Originally survival rely on low-profit.In this paper,by carding industry hollow and industrial transfer theory,we conclude that the real cause of Wenzhou ＂industrial hollowing out＂ is a factor raising the cost of the conclusions and the Industrial capital gains decline.
