师范院校应如何强化非师范专业人才培养特色

在非师范办学过程中,其人才培养目标、规格及课程体系和教学内容等既形成了一定特点,又存在明显不足。对师范院校来说,强化和凸显非师范专业人才培养模式特色的主要思路,一是发挥学校＂红色资源＂优势,着力培养红色旅游管理人才;二是发挥＂小学教师教育＂优势,着力培养兼有小学教师教育能力的非师范人才;三是发挥＂爱国主义＂的传统优势,着力打造＂又红又专＂的高素质人才。

On How to Strengthen Non-Normal Professional Cultivation Features in Normal Universities
