高职英语专业人才培养目标的偏差及其矫正

近年来,因为过度迎合市场需求、以就业为导向,很多高职院校的英语专业偏离了"高素质技能型"人才培养目标,陷入"重技能、轻素质"的泥沼。正确理解高职人才培养目标的内涵,采取适当措施矫正偏差,才是高职英语专业发展的当务之急。

Deviation and its Rectification for the Talent Training Goal of English Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, the English specialty in many higher vocational colleges have deviated from the ＂high quality and skilled＂ talent training goal, and fallen into a quagmire of ＂emphasizing vocational skills and ignoring comprehensive quality＂, as that its teaching should be guided by the market and the employ- ment is overemphasized. It is an urgent matter to understand the connotation of training goal of the higher vocational education, and rectify the deviated talent training goal.
