马铃薯脱毒种薯的工厂化生产研究

摘    要:以马铃薯的茎尖为外殖体,经脱毒处理,并检测无病毒的苗进行快速繁殖,生产种薯,组培生产的培养基分别为:(1)茎尖培养基:MS+GA30.1mg/L 6-BA0.5mg/L NAA0.01mg/L;(2)壮苗培养基:MS+B90.8g/L。

Abstract:The potato stem apexes are used as explants and processed with detoxification and the detected Virus free seedlings are quickly reproduced for potato seeds. The culture media produced with tissue culture are as follows (1) stem apex culture medium: MS+GA 30.1 mg/L +6 BA0.05 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L;(2) sound seedling culture medium: MS+B 90.08 g/L
